FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Usually turn around time is 6 weeks. For elopements/weddings it's 8-12 weeks. Before then, for most shoots you will receive 5-10 sneak peaks. I do try to get galleries done sooner, but art takes time and I strive to deliver my best work, so you truly enjoy your photos.
How are photos delivered?
A private online digital gallery will be delivered to you via email. You will receive a download PIN to download/save the images. For best results download to a computer. You may download to your phone as well, but the files are large and take up space. Prints are available through Pixieset for an additional charge.
Just to be clear, RAW FILES WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.
Do you travel?
Yes, I'd love to go somewhere epic to capture you doing your thing! Travel fees vary depending on mode of travel. For road trips $0.52 per mile will be charged for gas. Let's go on an adventure!
Do you retouch photos?
I do edit, but I do not retouch in Photoshop at this time. I want you to look like you at your best and most authentic. Small blemishes and non-permanent marks can be smoothed out/edited. Editing involving body modification is not something I offer. I will endeavor to get angles that are flattering and will help you feel amazing and confident.
Can you help with planning?
Yes! After you fill out the contact form a questionnaire will be sent out, so I can get to know you and get a better feel for what your ideal shoot looks like. A meeting over coffee and/or a face time/Zoom call will be scheduled as well to go over the details.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Click on the Contact Me/ Book Your Date button and fill out my intake form. I will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
2. Sign Contract
In order to secure the desired date for your shoot, the contract must be signed and the non-refundable 30% retainer must be paid.
3. Your Vision
We can meet for coffee and or hop on a call, voice, FaceTime, or Zoom to iron out all the details of your ideal shoot. What will make your heart happy?
4. Photos & Prints
A private online digital gallery will be delivered to you via email. Prints are available through Pixieset for an additional charge.
